2. Description of Service
ParkingToll provides a parking management platform that helps operators track availability, manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and monitor revenue. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service. We claim no ownership over your parking lot data, customer information, or operational records.
6. Limitation of Liability
ParkingToll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
